We monitor and interpret data of our various HR organizations, providing information and recommendation on actionable steps on making our HR organizations a better and more efficient workplace.
Within reporting we build, configure, consolidate, organize, format, and summarize information. This includes turning data into charts, graphs, and other interpretable visuals, and linking the data across multiple channels.
Within Analysis we question, examine, interpret, compare and confirm information. With big data, predicting is possible as well. Outputs can include ad hoc responses and analysis presentations comprised of insights, recommended actions, and a forecast company impact. Data alone is useless, and action without data is baseless. Both reporting and analysis are vital to bringing value to your data and operations.
