Mentors and mentees will be matched based on interests and skills noted in the application.

In starting a new relationship like a mentoring one, we recognize that sometimes communication styles, personality or even experience might be a mismatch. We add that you at least give the relationship 2-3 months before deciding to exit the match. In the event that either the mentor or the mentee are not comfortable with the match, both participants will exit the cohort at the time of withdrawal. Given the size and depth of the program, individuals will not be rematched.

Participation in the program is completely voluntary. If you feel that the program is not for you, you may resign from the program.

Participation in the program does not in any way guarantee advancement, promotion or salary increases.

Due to limited space, participation in the program is selective and limited. If a participant is not accepted the first time they apply, this does not mean that they aren’t a good candidate for the program. There may not be space for them to participate in that particular cohort.

If you apply to the program and aren’t selected, you are encouraged to apply for the next cohort of the program.
