Staff Mentoring & Development Program

Starting in 2020, Provost HR is launching the Staff Mentoring and Development Program that pairs experienced and excelling staff members with staff who are interested in developing their career and leadership skills. The program is structured to provide support, networking opportunities, and professional development training to help staff members develop their careers and to build capabilities required for current and future roles within USC.

Goals:

For mentees:

    Learn from an experienced and excelling staff member

    Build new and/or improve key leadership and interpersonal capabilities

  • Connector.

    Network with other staff members and leaders at USC

For mentors:

    Support and inspire USC employees

    Be an integral person in identifying and developing USC's talent pipeline

    Unlock and cultivate your own leadership and mentoring skills
